I guess this means no M1 based server.

I am shocked they kept it going this long. I don’t know a single person who was even using it at this point. Even my Apple fan-boy brother in law.

I agree! I knew the OS existed, but never seen it in a production environment or even in a homelab.
I’ve heard of a company in the southwest recently, Arizona or Las Vegas, that was utilizing/renting it out for xcode development. But I also think they had regular macOS as well.

What was the point of keeping it around for this long?
I can’t seem to find any reason for it. Unless maybe some companies were utilizing it and paying to keep it going?
