Technology has been shifting people to have a much larger online presence not only for work but for day-to-day needs and tasks. I really feel like COVID pushed it ahead of its time. I don’t think we would be where we are right now for another 5 years if it was not for COVID. Not just APM but AI, data, social platforms, online shopping, etc.
